Ingredients:
- Skimmed milk 0.1% fat (400ml)
- Reduced fat cocoa powder (12g)
- Agave syrup (1 tsp)
- One-a-day multivitamin & mineral tablet (half)
Preparation:
- Crush the tablet and mix the ingredients. I find it easier to prepare 5 portions at a time by combining all the ingredients in a 4 pint milk container itself (after pouring the excess milk elsewhere), shaking the container by its handle vigorously and then shaking it again 10 minutes later to ensure the ingredients are well mixed together.
